On-Campus Housing Policy

25% of the room fees must be paid in advance with the remaining amount to be paid prior to receipt of the room.
If the room reservation is cancelled, the student shall not receive a refund for the amount paid in advance to reserve the room.
If a student moves out from housing during the first two month of residing in the dorms, the student is required to pay 50% of the housing fees.
If a student moves out from housing after the first two months of residing in the dorms, no portion of the housing fees shall be refunded to the student.
Students must pay AED1000 as a security deposit to be refunded in the case of moving out, graduating or having to leave the dorms.
