The Office of Grants and sponsorships was established to organize the scholarships and sponsorships procedures and represent the link between the university and the donors. The Office follows in the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Community Affairs in the organizational structure. It is designed primarily to support students enrolled in various study programs, and support of university activities and events. It also aims to strengthen links with donors to form a lasting partnership through which the exchange of benefits, and open new channels with companies, institutions and government departments to provide scholarships for university students.
Since its inception of the Office of Grants and sponsorships; scholarships were provided for a number of university students. Moreover the office participated in the provision of sponsorship required for a number of University activities and events and student graduation projects.
