The Admission Department is responsible for accepting students in the various academic programs offered by the University of Sharjah. We manage the admission process from the point of application submission until the announcement of names of admitted students to the University, issuing ID cards for new and returning students, and maintain confidential student records. The department is also responsible for providing graduating students with their certificates and transcripts.

The Information Technology Center provides centralized support (software, hardware, and account services) to the University of Sharjah community. We also provide an e-learning platform which enables an online instructor-friendly course management and student-centric learning environment.

University of Sharjah operates nine libraries spread across the main campus and in the branches and community college centers.

The Central Laboratories mission is to provide a safe and healthy environment at its facilities where students and faculty perform teaching and research in an efficient and productive atmosphere. The Central Labs uniqueness and strength is supported by the central management of its facilities where planning and timed acquisition and contracted maintenance of resources (equipment and machines) are monitored continuously.
