The Deanship for Academic Support Services was established in September 2006 to supervise, develop, and continuously improve the performance of five academic support units which include the University's libraries, the Information Technology Center, Central Laboratories, and the Admission and Registration Departments. Additionally, the deanship aims at providing high quality communication and information technology services to faculty, staff and students with the goal of making the University of Sharjah a digital University.

 

We aim to provide quality academic support services to the University community and society that reflect the advanced capabilities of UOS by applying information technology in academia and administration, offering valuable library and learning resources, providing state-of-the-art laboratory equipment and services for all academic programs and scientific research, and facilitating the processes of admission and registration for all students and their parents to ensure the leadership position held by the University of Sharjah in the region.
