Collaboration
There is currently collaboration between our ARAV research group and the Sharjah Autism Center.

We have one senior design project student group working closely with the Sharjah Autism Center to develop robotic applications for the rehabilitation of autistic children as part of their graduation project.

To strengthen this collaboration, the coordinator of the ARAV research group, Dr. Tamer Rabie, gave a talk and participated in the panel discussion at the Autism Forum 2015 (Outside The Maze) under the patronage of Shaikha Jameela Bint Mohammad Al-Qasimi, the general director of Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services, under which the Sharjah Autism Center operates.

Title of this talk: "Progressively Trainable and Adaptable Intelligent Humanoid Robots for Autism Spectrum Disorders",
Date: April 2, 2015
Location: Sharjah chamber of commerce and industry - United Arab Emirates - Sharjah
