In a research study for the family development Foundation, Abu Dhabi: University of Sharjah studying the impact of the legislation on the reality of the family in UAE

University of Sharjah signed a memorandum of understanding with Abu Dhabi family development Foundation, which works to promote sustainable social development, conscious and coherent society family, and aimed to promote and establish rules for research cooperation through the implementation of specialized research study entitled "the impact of the legislation on the reality of the family in the UAE using the best methods and newest research actions over the next year.

The agreement was signed On behalf of University of Sharjah, Prof. Maamar Bettayeb, Vice Chancellor for Research and Graduate Studies, and on behalf of  the family development Foundation, the agreement was signed by strategic planning and institutional development adviser Mr. Mohammed Saeed Bakhit Al niyadi. Dr. Hussein Mohammed al-Othman, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities and social sciences, and Prof. Abdalla Elmneizel, Director of the Research Institute for Humanities and social sciences at the University also attended the signing ceremony.

The memorandum required from University of Sharjah to give research services through the implementation of specialized research study titled: The impact of legislation on the reality of the family in the UAE, which will be overseen by qualified Advisory Group able to implement the highest possible efficiency and the latest scientific methods. During the study the University of Sharjah will present research proposal according to the requirements of the Family Development Foundation, and the Foundation offers all the facilities and information and documents needed which help research group to execute the study.
