(2) The contact person will receive a confirmation email for his submission
(3) The contact persons of the selected abstracts will receive an Acceptance Letter from the Research Committee and will be informed about the guidelines and the specifications of their presentations at least 10 days prior to the research week.
(4) Upon acceptance, the contact person will be allowed to chose 1 or 2 other participants to present with him during the research week.
