Participants have to arrange their own accommodation.

Currently the committee has negotiated very good discounted deals with two hotels in the City of Sharjah. These include:

The hotel is located on the shores of Lake Khaled at the center of the city of Sharjah. It is located about 40 minute-drive to the University of Sharjah..
