For registration please follow the steps below.

Conference Registration Fees:

Academics, professionals, and public.

* Hotel accommodations and air tickets are not provided as a part of the package. Conference attendees should arrange their own travel and hotel accommodations (see list of hotels on website).

 

Conference Package:

  1. Entrance to all plenary sessions, workshops and exhibitions.
  2. Conference material.
  3. 3 CME Hours
  4. Certificate of attendance.
  5. Catering will be provided during intermission periods.
  6. Free parking is available in the conference area (please see map).

Payment Information

Registration fees may be paid online by credit card or bank transfer (please visit the conference website). Onsite registration may be paid with credit card or cash only. Cheques will not be accepted. The Conference Organizing Unit will send a registration receipt by email upon receipt of payment. Be sure your e-mail address is properly filled in.

Personal Invitation for Visa Purposes

Please inform the Conference Organizing Unit if you require a personal invitation letter.

Cancellation and Refund

Cancellations must be sent in writing to (conferences@sharjah.ac.ae). The amount equal to 80% of the fee paid will be refunded for cancellations received by December 30, 2015. From December 31, 2015 until February 1, 2016 a refund of 50% of the fee will be granted. After February 1, 2016, no refunds will be issued.

Liability and Insurance

Registration fees do not include the insurance of participants against personal accidents, sickness, and cancellations by any party, theft, loss, or damage to personal possessions. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance to cover travel, accommodations, cancellation fees, and personal property.
