Payment Methods

Important: Please be advised that the registration is officially closed and for any remaining payment procedures it shall proceed during the conference on site.

Registration process and fees:

  • University members in Arab ACRAO
    1. Registration for the conference is free for 2 members, any extra member will register by paying AED 735 which is equivalent to $200 US Dollar.
    2. Pre-conference registration fee for all members is AED 365 which is equivalent to $100 US Dollar.
  • Other universities
    1. Conference registration fee per person is AED 735 which is equivalent to $200 US Dollar.
    2. Pre-conference registration fee is AED 365 which is equivalent to $100 US Dollar.

Important Notes:
  • Registration fees shall be paid by credit card through the online system available on the conference website or by bank transfer.
  • On-site registrations may be paid only by credit card or cash. Cheques will not be accepted.
  • The organizing unit will send registration receipt upon receipt of payment via e-mail. Be sure your e-mail address is filled in correctly.
