Every MCIT Main conference paper MUST have at least one registered author (this can be a student).
Registrations include: Admission to all technical sessions, daily refreshment breaks, banquet dinner, and one USB copy of the proceedings.

Oasis Restaurant – located at the lobby level, overlooks the swimming pool, offers International cuisine on a daily basis, serves lunch from 12.30 pm – 3.30pm and dinner from 7.30 p.m to 11.00 pm daily, with Live Entertainment.

- Tea Garden – 24 Hours, serves all meals and an array of snacks in addition.
- Fishermen’s Wharf – an authentic Seafood Restaurant with a blend of Far - Eastern, Arabic Style and modern touch, situated at the lobby level overlooking the Pool side and the Khalid Lagoon. Open 7 days a week, serving lunch from 12.30 pm – 3.00 pm and dinner from 7.30 pm – 11.00 pm . The menu offers a huge range of Seafood to choose from.
Check In / check out procedure
Check – in time at 12.00 noon. Please note that guests arriving early morning will be charged from the previous day.
Checkout at 12.00 Noon. However checkout time can be extended upto 4 pm
