Presentation Procedure
Oral presentations will be 20 minutes each, including questions and follow up; timing will be strictly enforced. Please plan on a 15 minute talk maximum, allowing 3-4 minutes for questions, followup, and laptop connection and disconnection.
The speakers and the session chair of the next session are kindly requested to appear in hall at least 15 minutes before the session is scheduled to start and to introduce yourself. After that, the laptop connection will be checked for a smooth progress.
