Important Information
Participants need to secure their own entry visa to the UAE.
Invitation letters will be issued to all delegates with accepted papers. Other delegates need to complete registration before invitations can be issued.
Please note that visitors may be able to obtain their visas through the hotel they intend to stay in, or through a local travel company.

Since entry permit rules change constantly and without prior notice, please consult the nearest UAE embassy or consulate to your city. In some cases, entry permits may require several weeks to be issued, hence please make sure to arrange your permits as early as possible.
