Participation Fees and Registration

Conference Fees:

1-   Conference fee is paid in person during the registration period at the conference.

2-   Conference fee is 1000 Dirhams, or its equivalent.

3-   The Organizing committee will be offering the following:

a.  Reservation in a 5-star hotel for 4 days including breakfasts.

b.  Lunches at the conference location.

c.  Banquet.

d.  Conference bag which contains the proceedings and information materials    

     about  the University of Sharjah, Emairates of Sharjah and the UAE.

e.   A trip around Sharjah.

4-   For companions of participants, a visa will be given to only one companion at an extra cost of 30 US dollar. In addition, an extra 500 dirhams must be paid with the registration fee.

5-   Participants coming from UAE who don't need to stay in a hotel, their registration fee is 300 Dirhams which covers all the services mentioned above.
