Introduction:

With today's new trends that the governmental sector is facing, many organizations consider human resources as one of the most important elements in achieving their future objectives. Recognizing the challenges which Sharjah Emirate is facing to conform to regional and international trends, the Executive Council of Sharjah identified the importance of preparing a young generation that is able to take responsibilities and lead Government Departments in Sharjah. Accordingly, the General Secretariat of the Executive Council has assigned the Center of Continuing Education and Community Service (CCE) at the University of Sharjah to propose and organize the Sharjah Leadership Program for the Government of Sharjah.
