CASTO is an integral part of the educational process at the University of Sharjah and provides comprehensive career services and assistance to students and alumni in the process of self-assessment, decision-making, and job searching. This  statement represents our efforts and focus on service delivery to students, alumni and employers.

As CASTO strives to assist students and alumni in career exploration and realization, it  recognizes that each person is an individual with unique aspirations and abilities. CASTO provides services and resources for students who strive to develop their decision-making and job-search skills. CASTO as well challenges students and alumni to gain self-knowledge, expand their horizons and utilize personal resources as a lifelong process.
