Dean's Message
The Deanship for Academic Support Services was established in September 2006 to supervise, develop, and continuously improve the performance of four academic support units which are: Admission & Registration, Central Laboratories, Information Technology Center and our university Libraries. Additionally, the deanship aims at providing high quality communication and information technology services to faculty, staff and students with the goal of making the University of Sharjah a digital University.
Our vision is to provide the best academic support services to the university community and society, reflecting UOS advanced capabilities in the applications of information technology in academia and administration, availability of library and learning resources as well as state of the art laboratory equipment and services for all academic programs and scientific research, and facilitating the processes of admission and registration for all students and their parents, in support of the leadership position of the University of Sharjah in the region.
