Vision:

Provide the best academic support services to the university community and society, reflecting UOS advanced capabilities in the applications of information technology in academia and administration, availability of library and learning resources as well as state of the art laboratory equipment and services for all academic programs and scientific research, and facilitating the processes of admission and registration for all students and their parents, in support of the leadership position of the University of Sharjah in the region.

Mission:

The Deanship for Academic Support Services provides a leadership role in planning, developing and improving the performance of the four academic support units at UOS in order to use the available human and financial resources effectively to support the needs of the faculty, staff and students. To realize its mission, the deanship relies on the use of information technology in providing all necessary information and services on-line to empower all users to obtain information and process their requests electronically anytime and from anywhere.
