Introduction:

The office of the Vice Chancellor for Financial and Administrative Affairs supervises the following four units; Fianance Department, Human Resources Department, Business Services Department and Physical Plant Department.

 These four departments have the high- qualified staff who are  offering  services to all units and employees of the university at all levels.

Vision:

Contributing to the accomplishment of the University mission through rendering financial and administrative services.

Mission:

Contributing to the accomplishment of the University mission and its goals through rendering financial and administrative services and developing the financial, technical, and human resources.

Goals:

1. Developing high quality financial and technical services in order to help the University to accomplish its mission.
2. Developing the University manpower through continuous training that guarantees high quality and productivity.
3.  Developing infrastructure and equipment to keep up with the University programs and  development.
